2.0 tdi cr knocking under load

As titled car has a nasty sounding knock under load sounds almost like pinking? But it's a diesel noise does seem to be reduced when up to operating tempreture and light load doesn't seem to be as noisy woudnt say it's anything internal as letting of the accelerator make the noise go
Does anybody have any idea? I'm assuming it's a bad injector.

Lots of possible causes I’m afraid, some are——
Small or large Con rod bearings shot.
Noisy injectors.
Leaking intercooler hoses/connectors.
Leaking exhaust or manifold.
Needs someone close to the car who understands Audi’s and trace the noise, not easy to advise on a forum.
