what other cars will my 19" fit got them from awesome and as im going to get something bigger im hoping i can make use of the wheels on another car

Will,

If you really want to keep them and fit them on something else, then wheel adaptors will most likely be required to alter the PCD/Offset. This is applicable if you wanted to fit them on n A4 for instance.

thinking of a a8 maybe do they do adaptors for that and if so any ideas where and how much

They look like they might be able to help or advise you of the possibilities on this one. I would sggest that it maybe worth having the PCD and offset of the A8 to hand as well as the wheels you currently have to save a bit of time.
