I'm after some braided brake lines for my B7 Avant, it's got S4 Front brakes and I've got S4 rears to go on.

Firstly, can anyone recommend a make, I always used to run Goodridge, but there's also Hel now and I've come across another make called Wezmoto who are based in Exeter and will also customize lengths.

Which brings me to my second question, without me having to search for answers does anyone know if there is any difference between A4 hoses and S4 hoses? Length etc?

Hel are good..
I'm running them. And think they're fairly priced..
The thought of customised length is good.. But never heard of that brand..
As far as differences I'm 100% they're exactly the same..

Awesome, thanks for that mate.
I have heard good things about Hel.
Also thanks for the info on sizing, I knew the S4/A4 hoses were the same fitment, but it's nice to know there's no diff in size/length.

I'm running S4 brakes all round on my 2.0TDI avant, the pipe fitting is all the same, got my braided brake lines from a company called CP Racetec about £60 off eBay, no issues with fitting

HEL & Goodridge are good, not heard of the other company, but to be honest they are all much & such the same these days.

Also, a lot of HEL suppliers can make custom lengths if required.

Thanks all, ordered up a Hel kit. Cheap enough direct from them with free postage.
