pc help needed please

my wifes pc is running very very slow turns out its a services.exe process running in the task manager which is related to the wireless usb lan however its only been this slow since ive formatted her pc the newest driver update i can find is from 2004 and windows is all up to date has anyone got any ideas thanx in advance

whats the make of the wireless adapter?

have you checked in device manager to make sure all drivers are installed?

not sure on the make of the adapter model number is xg-750a

all the drivers are installed i got no issues in the divice manager
