Hi there Guys and gals

As the thread title say's "chicken in breadcrumbs help needed please"
Last year I purchased some breadcrumbs and last week I decided to make "Chicken in breadcrumbs"
I got some eggs and some milk dipped the chicken portions in the mix and then moved them into my Cosori Airfryer.
They turned out great.
Yes I know I can hear you all asking "so why does this bloke need our help"
I only had two containers of 175 grams and that has now finished.
I got eight meals out of them between 8 & 10 pieces per meal.
So now I have decided to purchase more breadcrumbs, Ido not want to purchase from the Co-op due to price.
So I went to a popular auction site and typed in
Bread crumbs set it to “all listings” setting and the first one that came up was
Kikkoman Gluten Free Panko Japanese Style Bread Crumbs 226g
Followed by
Bread Crumbs Dried Top quality (20G - 950G)
Followed by
Fishing Bait brown bread crumb for coarse and carp 20 kg bag So then I typed in a new search term coating bread crumbs all listings setting and the first one that came up was
Belbake Breadcrumbs Coating Meat Chicken Fish Crumb Vegetables Pasta Baking Cake
Followed by
Lobo Panko (Japanese Style Breadcrumbs) 1kg Crispy Coating for Deep-Fried Meat
I love to cook, well I need to don’t I but seeing all these different bread crumb varieties has go t me scratching my head.
As there such a vast difference can anybody please tell me what I should be looking for.

The only item that I will be using it for will be chicken breast.
Tony

Either your account has been hacked to advertise the air fryer & shed loads of crumbs or, you've been on the carlsberg....

Air fryer looks cool, admittedly lol.
