Decoding RNS-E Mk 1 needed urgently!

Hi there ,
Can you recommend anybody good at coding/decoding Audi Navigation Plus RNS-E Mk 1 on Audi A3 1.6 tdi?
Due to incompetent messing with it my phone wont connect any more!
I'm near Stokport , Manchester area!Post code SK23 Derbyshire
Please advise!

It is retrofit !
It needed coding as the phone option had to be activated.
The phone contacts were only visible on the dash display
Somebody that had a cable had a go and now the phone wont connect via Bluetooth at all

Can you remove phone from unit then try putting it in again

Or try a long reset like ww have to do for certain mobile phones

If it is an Apple phone try this , switch off bt put your phone into airplane mode then turn phone off then on check that airplane mode is off then put Bt back on see if your contacts appear

I think he needs someone with vcds to code it in for him as he says it’s a retrofit.

Does your car have a Bluetooth module installed as you’ll need that aswell for the phone to work?
