RNS E MK2 Hissing Sound

Hi Guys

I have a Audi A3 2010 Black Edition, the car came standard with Audi Concert and I had RNS E MK2 fitted the other day, I have noticed that when there is no sound there is a hissing sound coming from the speakers, this is when the unit us turned off and on.

Any Help is much appreciated
