My 190 is 200 miles off the big 200k....
The original Cat is now due for replacement.
What are my best options? New genuine is around £800 but my garage says many of the aftermarket options are problematic.
Given the age and the miles, is a used genuine Cat my best option?

only thing problematic is you need a friendly MOT tester, depending on the exhaust you have I'd say now would be a good time to have the exhaust and cat made by a shop the way you want it for example sports cat and straight pipe or whatever floats your boat. OEM anything is always heavier and more restrictive when it comes to exhausts.
