A3 Heater problems 2.0 tdi 2015

Hi All i have an Audi A3 sportback 2.0 tdi ( 2015 model ) and the heater is only luke warm on the drivers side and cold on the passenger side when the car is at running temp 90°c the heat hoses going in and out of the heater matrix are hot but the radiator hoses are cold i have had it on the computer and all the controls for the heater are working correctly any help would be appreciated thanks Dave.
