My a1 1.4 Tfsi keeps losing coolant can't see any leaks but coolant is in the drip tray under the engine

Sorry that was supposed to say "drivers side and to the left of the radiator". I can see the coolant on the lower bumper from the front. I wonder if fluid is coming out of the front of the radiator and that's why I can't see it.

I have lifted the car and water seems to be coming from the coolant reservoir, although there doesn't seem to be any damage to the reservoir or pipes.
Is it possible that there is too much pressure in the system and the coolant is coming out of the overflow?

When it’s hot, are the coolant pipes hard or can you squeeze them easily? If so, it could be a faulty coolant cap.

Thanks all, it was diagnosed as a leaking secondary radiator.
