Audi a3 2.0 tdi auto dsg problem

Hi i have a audi a3 2.0 tdi sline auto box

Other day when driving the pdrn lights started flashing and would stay in 1st gear with no reverse i then topped up transmission fluid and it ran fine untill turned the engine of again then the loghts flashed again,

Ive ran a scanner on it and ive managed to find the fault code p0702 saying transmission electrical system

Ive searched and it says it could be 5 different things

1. Solenoids
2. Sensors
3.low fluid
4. Lose wites connectors
5. Module

I dont wanna spend loads on bits if its not that, any advice would be great
As not good with cars and dont wanna get ripped of by garages
