Official black Audi rings now in the configurator

Well, at least for the RS3. Is this something new? I know they exist through 3rd parties. The option is code PAJ. Not sure why it's not an option for the S3

You can just buy the black badges separately and fit them yourself. Heres the part numbers. All genuine parts obviously:

8T0853605 T94 - Audi rings front
8V4853742A T94 - Audi rings rear
8V5853736B T94 - lettering in front (RS3)
8V0853740 T94 - lettering on the back (RS3)

Cheers for those refs. I’m planning to go that route at some stage. Would just be less of a pain if Audi done it for me at the factory. Asked the dealer if he could force something in the system but no dice.

No problem. See I do think the black badges look very nice. I've been pondering fitting black badges too. Only thing that puts me off about it is that black Audi badges have been commonplace on the ebay/aftermarket "scene" for a long time now, so even if I were to fit the genuine Audi versions. I'd always feel they look aftermarket.

Yeah I know what you mean. I’m probably not going to do mine straight away and see how the chrome badges and tailpipes sit with me for a while.
