PFL LED’s ‍♂️

Hi all,

I’ve just bought a new (to me) 2015 A3 with the PFL LED’s headlights. Bit confused, someone told me they are the matrix ones but I don’t believe they are, are they?
Also, is there anyway to code or adapt the indicators in them to be dynamic? Cheers all.

Think the pfl has led headlights as an upgrade but they are not matrix.
Dynamic front indicators are only in the matrix headlights and can’t be coded or customised as far as I know in any other headlights

Yeah, that’s what I thought. Hay ho, never mind. Still love LED headlights so hopefully they are as good as the ones is my VW T6. Not tried them yet as pick the car up next week

Yeah can confirm not matrix and not dynamic as it’s one single strip.

They are still a stunning looking light unit and the LED strip is the indicator which it isn’t on the standard xenons. This looks cool and gives the impression the car is a much newer model.

They were one of the first to have a full strip indicator instead of the crap dotty ones on the likes of mercs.
