Ko4 swap

I brought an a4 b5 1.8t sport (x reg) running a nearly dead ko4, ive switched it out for a new one and given a service, new breather pipework and diverter valve but now im having massive power issues. it seems that im now over fueling and the engine is running limp as you like. yet the turbo is attempting to do its job. any ideas on what this could be? It ran fine with the old turbo but dead oil seals and whistling forced my hand.
 
coilpack issue solved, was down to a faulty spark plug.

any ideas why im killing pcv valves? also any ideas on a work around?
 
for instance would an audii tt pcv hold the pressure better?
