5x112 so will definitely fit the new S3. As for the price I don't know, I asked the very same question a week or so ago.

what happens if the wheels fit but are the wrong offset ?

Does this lead to handling issues or is it just a case of them sticking out too much ?

they may sit in too far or stick out

you might have problems with brake clearance as well as rubbing etc...

you can buy spacers if the offset is too low though

Thats good news for me then, looks like I'll be putting my RS4 19" on the S3 then
