Good afternoon everyone, so the other day my partner was driving the car home after a night shift, 2lt TDI cab 2009. After about 5-10mins of normal driving the yellow coil light came on and stayed on (no flashing) for about 30 seconds, no loss of power, no juddering ect, car behaved normally.
Then last night I was driving home after the car being sat at work all day again 5-10 mins into driving normally the same thing happened to me, same symptoms, however I got stuck in 2hrs of traffic jams and during this time the light came on a total of 4 times each time same symptoms, light on constant, no more than 30seconds each time no loss of power or juddering, could it be the glow plugs, car has done 100k full service history.
