Audi A3 1.9 TDI 8L Cold Start

Greetings,

For a while now I've noticed that my AUDI has been struggling to cold start and it also vibrates afterward when I use it during the morning. It's not as bad if I just wait a few seconds before I start the car and throughout the day it improves and starts just fine.
Is this the starter going bad or is it something else? I have a video demonstrating the issue.

Maybe worth checking glow plugs and relay.any faults registered from vcds?

Glow plugs maybe but those engines run even without them , maybe low compression mate ? Hope you figure it out .

I suspected that it would be the spark plugs because in hot weather it's not as hard to start the car and I just have to wait a few seconds.

You have spark plugs in the cooling system that heats for the climatronic, try to swap and see if it works .
