Power steering lines

I've just found a cheap enough replacement cooling loop for the front of my s3. When replacing what power steering fluid should I use. Also is there any procedure to bleed the system

Use genuine VW/Audi G 002 000 Green power steering fluid bud, in terms of bleeding..... I just topped it up and moved the steering wheel left to right a few times full lock and topped it up as I went until filled. It’ll whine a little until all the air is out.
