LED tail lights with solid indicator

Hi all, I've been doing research on options for tail lights on 2009 B8s with factory fitted LED tail lights.
I have found lots with the daytime running lights in a solid bar, as show in the picture. However, the indicators are often not in this style, as they have lots of small bulbs.
Does anyone know of rear light clusters that have DRL and indicators in this solid bar style? Thank you

EDIT - I am not interested in doing a B8.5 dynamic indicator swap as I do not want to do the boot swap on my B8
