Dynamic rear lights

Just a quick question. I am going to get the parts together to fit dynamic rear lights to my pfl s3. I wondered are all a3 fl etc fitted with dynamic rear light and what are the part numbers please.

Is there an adaptor kit for the wiring and can they be fitted to halogen and led rear light cars.
