Just sold my v8 s5 and replaced it with a v6t S4.
I'm gonna miss the V8 burble but i know the S4 is more tuneable. I've made my first purchases (AI intake with carbon lid, 034 motorsport rear stabiliser bar & Porsche Macan 4 pot calipers ) .
Gonna make the leap to a DSG tune and engine remap. I'm leaning toward IE stage 2 single pulley and gearbox remap.
The car is a Japanese import 2010 Avant with about 50k miles on it, It's already booked in for a gearbox service.
I will be changing the thermostat and water pump before the fun begins, will probably do the PCV valve too.
The car will be a daily driver. Does anyone have any recommendations or reviews on the IE tune - Should I just go stage 2 double pulley ?
