Hey everyone, I recently got a Kranzle K 1050 P and have been quite disappointed by certain aspects of the finish, considering its premium price. I was wondering if this is the experience of others and whether people feel it's acceptable or not.

Check out the attached pictures. The brass is dented in various and has black spots on it (possibly from testing, which I understand), the blue plastic cover has various scratches/marks, the wrong screwdriver size has clearly been used (connecting to the electrical cable), the steel around the reddish cap has been deeply scratched, the Kranzle sticker was well outside the oval indentation (I fixed).

Thanks for the thoughts.

Its a pressure washer, if you're worried about quite minor imperfections, wait til you start using it, as by nature it'll get many more scratches which for me is perfectly acceptable considering the job its for, maybe you're being a little too anal & I'm really quite anal myself.

I assume it works as it should with zero leaks?

Regardless of what marks may appear from general use it should at least arrive in perfect condition. Given the price of Kranzle kit I don't think that is too much to expect.

Thanks for the thoughts everyone. I basically agree with everything that's been said. These things are mostly not a big deal, and it is indeed likely to a get a little banged up over time. But certain aspects seem to imply a surprising lack of care in production (or possibly handling by the dealer, e.g. I don't know who puts the UK power cable on), such as completely wrong-sized screwdrivers being used and the deep scratches/marks on the blue cover.

I've tested it, and yes, it's working...very well. It's clearly a great machine generally.
