Creaking/Knocking noise when steering

Hi,

recently bought an Audi A3 saloon 2019. Noticed there is a creaking/knocking noise when turning the steering at slow speed and especially for example reversing into a space etc. The car has been back in to the local dealership and has had new breaks and pads, back plate, front shock mounts to try fix the problem even though I knew it had nothing to do with that and the problem is still there. I don’t see how they thought that would fix it as the noise is clear as day and coming from the steering or something. Does anyone know what the problem could be? I’ve tried attaching a video of the problem but it’s not letting me. Thanks

Enlist the help of a friend to turn the steering wheel from lock to lock whilst you listen with the bonnet up. When I had this problem it was very clearly coming from the top strut bearing on one side and was replaced under warranty.

Could be anti roll bar bushes. Hopefully not, as it's a major job.
