Anyone else have a terrible experience trying to reserve at dealer?

Going on week 3 trying to reserve my custom spec RS3 at AutoNation Spokane Audi.

Keep calling. I think I'm up to call number 8 for the next one.
Keep emailing. Currently on email number 6.

The one email I got back was something about their new car manager "trying" to get my reservation in. On my 3rd "new car" sales person. First guy went on vacation (????) the day he was supposed to call about my build out and go over the build guide with me.

He sent me a BLACK AND WHITE COPY of the CUSTOM PAINT PAGE. Like ???????.

Look at this! How hard is it to take a deposit and put in my Build which they literally have an Audi Code for? The MSRP *literally* went up by $500 in the weeks I've been waiting!

I'm in the US.

No custom color, I quite like the voracity of the Kyalami Green on the eyes. I checked pretty much every box except the semi-slick tires. I also want Black calipers instead of the Red ones. And an Alcantara flat bottom steering wheel, even though I'm getting the Green Design package.

Wait list is 18 months currently, is what they said.
