I have got a 2007 a3 sline tdi 2.0 tdi BMN engine and DSG gearbox.
Have got 180k on the clock.
Car was throwing g40 camshaft sensor error. Usually took long starts or did not start at all when warm. If left for some time it started alright.
No problem whatsoever in running.
I got a sensor from ebay and swapped it.
Car did not start and gave a Engine Speed sensor code G28 aswell as low engine oil pressure light. The coil light started to flash on the dash as well.I swapped the original sensor bqck in and the other codes and lights disappeared. However the car isnt starting up.
Any input would be appreciated.
I have oredered some tools from Amazon to check the timing.
