Center console Usb Port 1 issue

Dear Rs3 forum users!
This is my first thread, I have been reading the forum for some time and I appreciate all the content avaliable.
I have just bought about two weeks ago an Rs3 sportback 2017 , and noticed something odd today.
As you can see on the picture , my Usb port 1 is upside down and it doesnt work either.
Does anyone know how to remove it , is it a simple clip attaching it , or are there screws from behind it? I would like to take it out have a look if its connected or not and fix it

Have a look on ebay for part number 8V1035726 look for a seller that shows the rear. You can see how it is held.

Should just pull out
