Help s3 missfire done everything still missfire

Hi all, at my witts end with this car (s3 8p bhz) has a random multiple missfire at idle. (Hunting)

Work done so far

New pvc valve and pipes
New rs4 coils and plugs
New fuel filter
Checked hpfp tappet
New recirculating valve
Checked for vacum leaks
Carbon cleaned inlet/ valves
Garage diagnosed problem as injectors, I've replaced all 4 injectors today metal filter baskets ect ect, start her up was running alot better then once warm problem has returned.

Have searched and done most of the common issues not sure what to do now?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
