coding rs monitor?

Hi there wondering if anyone knows how too activate rs monitor on mmi seen a thread on rosstech forum but dosent seem too work am i missing something or not doing it right?

Did you restarted the MMI after coding?

Can you post the steps you followed and what happened when you click soft reset and Do It. Does coding gets accepted or rejected?

tried myself with mib2 using same coding instructions didn't work!
