S3 8P DSG to Manual Swap

hey All
i have a track S3 8P and im wanting to get rid of the DSG and go to manual,
im hopping to get a wrecked manual and do the swap from there.
Im looking for some advice, dos and donts, what should i upgrade and replace.
Any tips and advice is welcome

I was thinking of going from manual to dsg since upgrading to tte480+
But it's quite a lot of parts needed that's been putting me off (not easily sourced here).
If we were closer we could arange full parts swap
