Q5 180 bhp or 211bhp Q5 ?

Guys,
Looking at getting a Q5 2.0TFSI (2012 onwards so hopefully without oil consumption issues).
Some have 180bhp, others have 211bhp - is this just a different engine map ?
Also I can see the 2012 have S-Tronic auto (I know this as DSG) but others have tiptronic auto - what's the difference ?

multitronic before 2008 - combines CVT with plates for manual shifting
tiptronic - the older gearbox that combines torque converter, and plates for manual shifting
S-tronic (aka DSG) on models after 2008 - 2 wet clutches and plates for manual shifting
