How To Remove The Front Grill?

Im looking to change the S3 badge on the front grill, but im having a hard time trying to remove it from the car.
I dont want to pull it around to much incase I brake it, so can someone please tell me how to get the thing off?

front bumper off is required. if not you will break the lugs inside if you just pull it off...

bumper off job definately. i changed my front badge last weekend and had to take the bumper off. its not hard to do....hardest bit is finding all the skrews holding it on
