I'm doing something special for Guide Dogs... can you help ?

Hi all,

Those of you who know me or have seen certain dog related posts of mine...will know that I hold dog ownership quite highly.

Guidedogs for the Blind is a charity that I've had a bit of involvement with in the past and now I'd like to do something more to help such a worthwhile and needy cause, which give blind people a chance to lead a more normal active life.

So in September this year I'll be running the Bupa Great North Run... as part of Team Guidedogs

I would really really appreciate any donations no matter how small. If any one works for a company who would like to sponsor my attempt... I'm more than happy to do the run with stickers etc attached to my running gear.

I will be doing the half marathon with a patrol sack (mini bergan) carrying the weight of two 8 week old Lab puppies. This will be 33lbs in weight.... just to make it a bit harder for myself.
