So planing on taking the car to stage 3. And whilst the cars having a rebuild was planing on changing the clutch should I go for an updated one? if so what make, also will the flywheel need to be changed? or can i just replace it with a standard one? Thanks :ermm:

There have been quite a few threads recently about clutches and tbh saying 'stage 3' isn't nearly enough info as this could mean anything from a highly strung K04 to a GT35 big turbo...

Clutches are subjective... power, torque and the way you drive will make a huge difference over longevity but I have been running a std dual mass flywheel and clutch cover with a Sachs cerametallic paddle clutch plate for a few years now and its OE light on the peddle and more than capable of handling the power and torque I have

Buy my helix single mass :D you can get the friction and cover plate rebuilt to any spec you like :D
