What car did you have before your A3/S3 8V?

Yeah I've had two Clio V6's.
You'll never get a car that is so brilliant, yet so flawed.
I'll have another one once the mortgage is paid off, will have to pay for it too, prices have been on the rise since I sold my second.

Despite keeping it for a ridiculously short amount of time, the RS5 is the one Audi I've really, really liked.
Just terrible timing, so it had to go.

Yeah V6 Clio's are very sought after now and command high prices due to their limited numbers .... I suspect a lot were written off originally with some owners not respecting thier power, which had added to dwindling numbers around now. Defo a pleasure car for your future garage !

At least you've sampled the RS5 albeit for a short time and can always re-visit in the future again or something similar ... it was a perfect spec you had though in that colour, wheels & sun roof. I liked my S5 so the RS5 must have been very special.

Well yes and no. I miss the noise from the V8 & Milly combo the most. I am a massive fan of the 150bhp A3 and its quite a lot of fun in different ways. It was time to say goodbye to the RS4, glad i ticked that box for 5 years!

Mk3 TT 2.0 tdi ultra - think this may be the best I’ve had
Current car 3dr S3 - I love tiny bits but have never fallen in love with it. Toss up between the mk1 TT, A5 and MK3 TT as my favourite.

My first Audi A3 2.0TDI Sport with a shiit ton of mods but very subtle! Full genesis and diamond audio system, milltek, remap etc... loved that car!

My first S3, Revo Stage 2+, heaps of extras, had that car for 5 years and 88k miles, travelled all over the UK and Ireland in it, broke my heart selling it but needed to move on lol

Stop gap after my S3, 2005 Cayman S Revo Stage 1, had KW coilovers, sports exhaust, sports chrono pack etc... loved it and regret to this day selling it!

Sold the Cayman S for this S4 Avant, had £9000 of optional extras in it, absolute cracking car but unfortunately it developed some gearbox issues and I lost faith in it so I sold it on

Got a VW Scirocco R after the S4, Revo Stage 1 and intake. Great car and had it for nearly 2 years

And now the current, absolutely love it, Revo Stage 2 with loads of optional extras

Had a 2007 Honda Civic 1.8 Sport as my first car which I changed for the below 2012 BMW 120d M Sport. I travelled 50.000 miles in just two years in that car. I moved and got a new work which is 10-15min from where I live making the S3 a more obvious choice than another diesel. Still happy I got the S3 instead a M140i it's just much more grown up and beautiful looking.

Yeh the Corsa was a forced buy really, I get a good discount through work with Vauxhall, big mistake......
The Ducati was ****** awesome, 205bhp too, way to much for the road & I was too worried about chucking £24k down the track, the S3 is the best decision for me now
