Pioneer DA120 & Reverse camera fitting tips?

2011 A3 S-Line with Bose
Hi, got myself a Pioneer DA120 and a reverse camera so looking for any install tips.

I'm using connects 2 cables as recommend by dynamic sounds.

What's best route to run cables to the bootlid for the reverse camera?

Best location for microphone and GPS receiver?

Do I need a feed from reverse light to switch Pioneer to camera screen or can I link over in the connects 2 wiring?

Single or dual Ariel fakra cable?

Any install tips welcome
