Temp not reaching 90, thermostat?

as above guys temp gauge rarely gets to 90, always seems to sit at 60ish, thinking thermostat replacement but where about are they located and anything tricky about them?

One hides under the supercharger and is pretty common to fail.

sorry guys totally forgot to mention that lol, its the 2.0 tdi 170 caha engine, ive took a look and its the thermostat housing with a few pipes coming off rather than the more simple single big pipe with the thermostat behind it, looks like theres a few bits to remove to get to it too!

Al be looking to change mine soon too so a guide would be helpful.

looks like not many people done one pal, but reading up it all just looks abit tight access and a few hours work.
