My Golf R DSG had a gearstick like previous RS3 and when in gear and selected to manual you pushed the stick forward to chage up a gear, but on new RS3 we have the small selector, so why didnt Audi/VW take the chance to make it 'correct' as in at the moment you move the little selector forward to drive backwards and move it backwards to drive forward............
