A new one on me please help?

When I press my brake pedal my front near side, side light comes on, as soon as I take my foot of the brake the light goes out any ideas??

sounds like a bad earth. Are the indicators doing strange things as well?

Have you done anything electrical recent that might of affected the earth wiring?

Try disconnecting the brake light switch as well., Actually just get a new one, they should be in stock at the dealers and cost you abouy £6

You've got the wrong bulb in one of your brake lights, or the bulb element has bridged over and causing feed back.

Change the NSR brake light bulb.:icon_thumright:

Will my car warn me if my pads are low, I dont have the full DIS.
Car is 02 tdi sport.
Or do I have to manually check.
