2009 Audi A3 2.0 TDI cut out whilst driving

Hi guys
I’ve got a 2009 Audi A3 2.0 tdi 170 CR s line with 120k miles, and whilst driving it just started to splutter so I rolled towards the lay-by and low and behold, it cut out and now not starting back up. Prior to this no issues, drove like a dream. It does have a stage one remap on it but been like that for over a year with no issues.
Any idea of what it could be to cause this? I haven’t scanned it yet.

Hi again people. So I did a diagnostics check on this and it came up with cylinders 1,2,3 and 4 glow plug circuit electrical fault

P0671, P0672, P0673, P0674

could this cause the car to cut out? And what could be the diagnosis here and the potential fix? Thanks
