High mileage S3 8Y 2020

Hi all,
I'm about to buy an used S3 8Y of November 2020 with an high milage (about 52k).

The car is still under extended warranty from Audi and have all the service done, did you have any advice for check/inspection before buying?

Approx 85000km is not considered too much for a petrol engine?

A higher than average annual mileage suggests a car that has done lots of motorway miles = an easy life for the drivetrain. Assuming the services have been done by Audi, it should be running the latest software which got rid of most of the bugs. I have an early 21 plate car and I think they had ironed out the early production gremlins by then.

Usual stuff. Tyres, as Audi seem quite happy to sell cars with cheap tyres and low tread.
Front disc thickness. Audi have indicated that I need new ones, after just 20k!!.
Seat wear and operation.
