Absolutely. I have always said when it starts to become either;
A - a chore to drive, (traffic etc).
B - I get to old/knackered to drive.
C - or to expensive.
Then I'll just pack it all in and buy a park bench, sit on it, moan and whine to my hearts content.
Dealer just e-mailed to advise the car is now at the port of exit in Germany waiting to be loaded on the ship.

Carbon and Standard editions, ordered during the first couple of weeks. No sign of any Vorsprung editions. About 5 to 6 cars in this forum to be handed across late Dec or early Jan.

I'm very surprised we haven't seen a single photo of a carbon car yet - but yes I will be happy to oblige with a few pics once I get my car
Just had confirmation that mine has left the factory, taken a trip on the Audi train and is now sat at Emden waiting for the boat!

I was told earlier that there should be a boat leaving today, so it will be interesting to see if any of our cars at the port get on it.
There is no guarantee that this is the ship that some of us are interested in, but a car transporter called Mediterranean Highway arrived at Emden this morning. I will keep an eye on its status to see where it is going when it leaves.
The original screenshot I was sent showed that my car should arrive at Port of Tyne. I don't know if they all go there, or only those for the north/Scotland. Does anyone else know where theirs should arrive?

I just had the e-mail saying my car is being built. Vorsprung Saloon ordered early November. Pretty surprised, thought it was going to be well into 2022. Maybe signs of improvement?
That's really surprising. My Vorsprung Sportback ordered in September appears to have no build date still!

Yeah I'm really surprised. I was told to expect a 6-8 month lead time. I'll speak to the dealer tomorrow to double check.

GOOD: I have an estimated build date for my Blue Vorsprung Saloon.
BAD: It is week 41 of 2022!
I fully expect that to move forward but that is INSANE!

You've successfully went straight into No.1 position for the furthest away build week on here... must be them special 8 piston calipers your getting lol
Seriously though l hope it get brought forward a good bit...as l have said before why give a customer a build week 10 months away makes no sense at all

It’s emails all around today, I’ve just had one confirming my build week 3/2022
Mine had a build week of 49 (this year)
but its still showing the same BW nearly two weeks later
