as the title states when I accelerate harder than normal there is a rattle sounds osf area at first I though I was imaging it as hardly ever did it but I'm noticing it more often, its not noisy on start up but certainly sounds chain/tensioner sort of noise anyone had anything similar?

Post a vid if you can. Timingbelt is common to rattle and when you hear is loud and clear it's time to replace the thing before it gets too loose and damaged your engine.
While you are at it replace your waterpump, tensiors and bearings too. Most of the time they can be bought as a set with the belt.

I'm going to try an oil/filter change first as not sure what oil ect they used when i bought it see if that helps
