Remember jassyo06 this forum is corrupt apparently and Facebook groups are the ‘way forward’ according to a certain contributor to this very thread………

Although if you look at these ‘way forward’ FB groups there’s just swearing and childish behaviour, oh and the same old brakes/maps/ tyres questions asked .

But what I find even funnier is the links posted back to this very ‘corrupt’ forum for anything technical / useful.

Av ordered a Vorsprung with a standard colour just for ordering purposes the sales guy will contact me when the Vorsprung opens for ordering I'll then decide to either stay with this colour or go exclusive

No build slot, but the dealer has said my order has been accepted by the Factory, they also said (and more so with RS cars) that there is no pre warning the Factory just refuse or dont accept the order, it sounds like that's where you are?

I'll find out for sure tonight when the sales guy goes through the finance but he is sending the order to Audi l aint in any rush for the car next May don't care ...as long as l get the RS3 l want not... settling for less

No update to status 20 on my bw 43 slot yet for my standard plus a few extras spec ordered in August, but I'm thankful for that right now as I've just lost my job of 11 years! Fingers crossed I'll be in work by the time it actually gets built! Probably more chance!!

Didn't know you cared Glen ...about me ordering the RS3 but shucks thanks for the thoughts....so **** it's got black seats....and no flat bottomed steering wheel....and small graphics on the alloys...its got everything else....l require and as you keep bumping yer gums about its got thee 5 cylinder/pot ...and costing me money av already spent ...no outlay win win mate

I'm interested to know how you've managed to get the 5.9% APR on an RS product! Every dealership I've spoken to have said the flat rate for all RS cars is 6.4%?

I got 5.4% at Audi however going thru a bank instead, 4.4% and a higher residual value. Saving £130 a month this way.

I asked about that just now and 6.4% is the current lowest national rate…

My dealer said if I can get written proof of the lower rate he would match it but he doesn’t have it showing on his system…

I think my dealer was being optimistic about late November. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s into December at best for my car…

In theory if they are not feeding many cars through to dealers currently, any that do slip the net and get away from the factory should be processed quicker by dealers… it’s not like they have a huge volume of cars to work through at the moment after all!!

I doubt dealers will end up being able to make up any time lost due to delays at the factory though.

I just looked and can't find car finance on their website? Says loans through Virgin money but depending on amount APR is 6.9%

Lol. Am not gonna order just yet, I’m holding off until the first cars are delivered and owners give feedback.
Think I’d miss the FL too much at the moment, even though I’ve had bodywork aggro

No ....irony...gotta get ma...full stops in....you get all giddy and light in the loafers when you’ve ordered/waiting on a car....seen It on here with the Merc and with yer pfl RS3 nothing wrong with that though l am just a bit more reserved and most of all harder to please

There was a chap I used to work with who slated every one for owning apple phones and how we were all sheep and it was **** cf his Samsung and sweat shops/big company taking over the world etc etc etc… every day for a month he would have a dig and moan about apple/iPhones….

Then after payday that month he got an iPad out of his bag…

He was a character too and I also found that hilarious!!
