Av got a build slot saloon carbon Ed with C&S in Muppet green Edit yes l have indeed my boy ordered me one today.....ye can technically only order one when the configurator is a go go....long wait next June l guess
Can't recall seeing this post . Don't tell me I like it toohere it is....so its all true and the TT will be heading out the door in 2022.
I'am sat down go on how much are they ?I thought Jassy post had passed people by.... I read it and was like...."what did he say."..I thought he must have been joking when no one reacted to it.
I made the mistake if checking up how much tyres would cost on the new RS3 this morning.. after a discussion on tyre widths on another thread...that depressed my all day but I'm adopting the Guinness approach..........Good things come to those who wait (I want some red trim or red brake calipers and I'm not paying Audi a penny until I can get them).

Ok on the fronts 265/30 it appears Michelin don’t do any so Goodyear Eagle F1 are £186 fitted.I'am sat down go on how much are they ?
Same here think I paid £110 a corner for my S3 for the P zero's .Ok on the fronts 265/30 it appears Michelin don’t do any so Goodyear Eagle F1 are £186 fitted.
on the rear 245/35 are about £166 per corner.
Probably for all you previous RS3 owners that doesn’t sound too bad, but my 18” tyres for Golf R are £100 per corner
Ha ha @Mr Freeze don’t worry, no you didn’t comment/likeCan't recall seeing this post . Don't tell me I like it too
Matte Venetian Violet/purple how's this for an exclusive paint colour
I bet its a lot more than £2400

Sounds like a bargain to me, 21” tyres for my previous M40i were about £320 each. Funny enough I got rid before needing to replace
I couldn't pay that for paint . It does look the part tho6k

Wait... yes you bl**dy did
RS3 countdown to configurator
Not read through the last days posts but see it’s now on the customer configurator. So am I right in saying the Carbon edition with metallic and comfort pack in £56,745 OTR. The Vorsprung which has virtually everything is just less than £2k more. So looks relatively very good value? Of course...audi-sport.net
You hated the 8Y but... ive never seen you say a nice word about it lmao.
Agreed, this is what Audi quoted for my RS5 - funny that, i didn’t keep it eitherSounds like a bargain to me, 21” tyres for my previous M40i were about £320 each. Funny enough I got rid before needing to replace
March but TBCFor those that have placed an order have you been given rough delivery times? Iv been told Jan/Feb for vorsprung.
Until we get estimated build weeks it is impossible to even predict. The dealers are probably just grabbing dates out of thin air based on the back log they have now; it could get worse or it could get better.March but TBC
You meant l really disliked the 8y S3!!!! I still do a sideways move from an 8v S3 flYou hated the 8Y but... ive never seen you say a nice word about it lmao.
but now you don't and want to part with £50k odd for one?You meant l really disliked the 8y S3!!!! I still do a sideways move from an 8v S3 fl
Jassy isn't on is own thinking the 8y S3 was no improvement on the facelift 8v S3 .but now you don't and want to part with £50k odd for one?
Jassy isn't on is own thinking the 8y S3 was no improvement on the facelift 8v S3 .
I wasn't impressed one bit with the 8y S3 either .
And it hasn't taken you long to move the S3 on either
The RS3 8Y is an upgrade from a 8Y S3but now you don't and want to part with £50k odd for one?
No I totally get that and fair play to you .True but only moving on for reasons not related to how I feel about the S3. RS3 has always been the dream for me, in fact the S3 was the dream for me at one point. Never thought I'd be able to afford an S3 never mind RS3, but as I eluded to in the other thread - used car market at the moment has helped with the positive equity on my S3 to be able to make the jump to the RS3. Without that it probably wouldn't have been possible in terms of securing the spare cash for deposit.
hahah. In all honesty I really can't fault it.No I totally get that and fair play to you .
Now that the S3 8y is going can you admit the 8V S3 is better
Yes they are leagues aparthahah. In all honesty I really can't fault it.
The pops/bangs sound way better on the 8Y. I've also not suffered with the MMI issues others have. My only gripe with the entire car is some of the materials are ****. The gearbox tunnel in particular is horrible plastic and the bottom of the door cards etc. It's a lovely looking car but the RS3 is the icing on the cake.
Yes I got the same reply, it now looks like a Vorsprung will end up about £64k which is too much, absoluts farce, it now looks like the Vorsprung does not come with adaptive suspension and this can be added for £1175.............except it cant without you also add the Dynamic package at £5000...............complete and utter shambles to be honest, they can stick both the car and their configurator up...........................The UK configurator has been updated, had a response to my email from Audi UK and have just checked. On Vorpsrung models, you can now select RS Adaptive Suspension as an option (?) and the Dynamic Pack. Haven't checked any other changes yet.

EDIT - Yep, they've pulled Adaptive Suspsension from the Vorpsrung and it's now an option
